Picky Eating Class
Ever Had Mealtime Struggles?
This class focuses on mealtime struggles and strategies for developing a healthy feeding relationship. We think this information is important for all parents and caregivers, so we offer it at no cost.
Participants will learn about:
•What to expect with your child’s feeding – developmental stages of feeding.
•Parent challenges around feeding children and ways to cope (like picky eating, refusal of foods, strong preferences, drinks well but doesn’t eat well).
•How to help you child eat new foods and make one meal that everyone will eat.
•Help form a positive feeding relationship with your child.
